1. Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) due to safety reasons
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including where to ship the item.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please check the following:
- Verify with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us through our Contact Us page to start the process.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our standard returns process.
